What you’ll do: Help customers of major national brands by phone — answering questions, solving problems, and representing the brand with care.

What you’ll need:

  • Computer with Windows 11 or higher and at least 16 GB of memory.
  • Dual monitors are required. Supported resolutions per monitor:
    • 2K Monitors: Up to 4 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 2560×1600 pixels
    • 4K Monitors: Up to 2 monitors with a maximum display resolution of 4096×2160 pixels
  • A hardwired Ethernet connection is required.
  • A hardwired USB noise-cancelling headset with phone-quality audio is required.
  • A webcam is required during class.
